ABOUT AMARANTH
ABOUT KAMUT
Amaranth is rich in protein, lysine, calcium
and other minerals. It has an aroma and
flavor that reminds people of celery.

Flakes of amaranth make an interesting
breakfast cereal and are perfect to use as a
crunchy topping for a casserole.
