Pause Function
The RB8 has a 3-minute console shutdown. If a user stops pedaling and does not resume
within 3 minutes, the console resets.
Before the console shuts down, the user can extend the pause, e.g., for interval training
off the bike, for 15 minutes. While in pause mode, the user can also view a summary of
their workout performance or end their workout session.
After reviewing the summary, users can return to their workout, end their workout or
export their workout summary to a USB drive (see page 20 for instructions) .
