Data Must be in List of Choices
to force the
user to enter a choice from the field’s drop-down list. (Use the
Filling
tab to create a List of Choices.)

Select a field or object to change.

Click the Object Appearance button in the standard toolbar or

Object Appearance...
in the Format menu to open the
Object Appearance dialog box.
