The Oven and / or Proofer will begin to preheat automatically when a menu is loaded. The actual cavity
temperatures will be displayed during the preheat cycle.
Once the preheat cycle is complete, the Oven and / or proofer is ready for use and product can be loaded. After
your product is loaded and the door is closed, press the corresponding timer start / stop key to begin the
countdown timer. After the timer has counted down to zero, an audible alarm will sound to signal the end of the
baking or proofing cycle. Press the corresponding timer start / stop key to reset the timer and then remove the
finished product.
