To  open  Camera  function,  you  can  go  to 

Start

 

menu

Pictures

 

&

 

Videos.

  And 

there is a Camera icon you can tap it to open Camera application. In camera mode,

 

 

tap 

and press Enter button to take picture. If you want to change Video mode,

 

 

please tap Menu on bottom and choose 

Video

. In Menu list you can change Mode,
