Clock
You could setting the date and time on HW430.Go to
Start
menu
>
Settings
>
Clock
&
Alarms.
In the Time page you can set the time zone, date and time here.
In the Alarms page here are 3 alarms you can set. And set the repeat day in
Description item.

Regional
Option
If you want to change the region on HW430 you can go to
Start
menu
>
Settings
>
System
>
Regional
Settings.
In Region page you can choose the region in drop-down
list. In Date, Time, Currency and Number page you can set the format for each one.
