motorized return mechanism manually
If there is a malfunction in the vending machine components to be controlled,
you can use the lower DIL switch
on the additional control PCB and perform
the respective function to determine whether the individual contacts are still
intact:
1
If necessary, unhook the coin validator and
set the eighth DIL switch of the upper
switching block on the rear of the device
upward to ON (only if the operating elements
on the additional control PCB are disabled).
2
Hang the coin validator back in the machine.
3
Insert a coin into the coin validator.
The device is now in the wake-up mode.
4
Use a pointed object to set the lower DIL switch
1
on the additional
control PCB (see Fig. 5) leftward to ON.
The flashing green and red LEDs indicate that the coin validator is no
longer in the operating mode.
5
Perform the function of the supposedly defective component
(e.g. press selection button or return button).
If the electrical contacts are still intact, you will hear an acoustic
signal.
6
Set the lower DIL switch
1
rightward again (to OFF).
The LEDs stop flashing. The coin validator is in operating mode
again.
7
If necessary, unhook the coin validator again and set the eighth DIL
switch of the upper switching block S1 downward again (to OFF) and
hang the coin validator back in the vending machine. (Only if the
operating elements on the additional control PCB are to be disabled)
8
If necessary, repair or replace the component.
