Double-clicking on the selected option opens a window for selecting the stream parameters.
It allows you to select the following stream parameters for continuous recording or recording alarm
events and motion detection.
NOTE: Setting other value streams for continuous recording and alarm is not recommended for
cameras other than the NOVUS Series 3000. When changing the type of flow interruptions may occur
in the displayed image.
The following stream settings are available : ENCODE, RESOLUTION, FPS, BITRATE, AUDIO.
2.3.2. Advanced settings
Checking the CYCLE RECORD starts overwriting the record. In CAMAREA’S RECORD
PARAMTERS TABLE it’s possible to set following parameters :
- PRE-ALARM RECORD TIME sets pre alarm recording time in 0,3—5 second time range
- POST-ALARM TIME RANGE sets the alarm record time form 5 seconds to 10 minutes time range.
In EXPIRATION TIME field it is possible to set expiration date for recordings.
2.3.3. Parameters
In this tab it’s possible to set parameters for continues and alarm recording.
2.3.3.1. Event recording parameters
In this menu it’s possible to set the following parameters : ENCODE, RESOLUTION,
FPS,BITRATE, AUDIO.
