User account control. In such case you should allow to run this applet, or simply disable these
functions.
Caution:
If the installation fails, changing security settings for the IE browser is required. In order
to do that, please choose:
Tools > Internet options > Security tab > Custom level
and:

Download unsigned ActiveX controls

select either Enable or Prompt
