OPERATING THE DVR
Camera:
Changes display mode. 2x2 and full screen display modes are available.
OSD:
Selecting the
OSD
position allows for choosing the status information
display mode, the available options are:
NONE
- disabled;
OSD
- only
the date, time, camera name and recording information are displayed;
OSD+Status Bar
- all status information and status bar with the date
and time (additionally, an option to enable hiding status bar after a
certain period of inactivity is available).
Text-In OSD:
Enables/disables on-screen text-in displaying
Freeze:
Select the
FREEZE
position to freeze the current image (during live
view). Press any other button to turn the function off.
Sequence:
Function available in full screen mode. Selecting the
SEQUENCE
position displays live channels sequentially. Changing the display mode,
or selecting the
SEQUENCE
position turns off the sequence.
Zoom:
Select the
Zoom
position to zoom the current image on the screen.
Pressing arrow buttons navigates through the zoomed part of the screen.
Function is available only in full screen mode.
PIP:
Select the position to display the menu that allows for enabling/disabling
Picture In Picture function (displaying images from the selected camera
in a small window superimposed on the background image from another
camera). Function is available only in full screen mode.
Audio:
Selecting the
Audio
position in "live" or in playback mode allows to
select audio channel (from available active channels), which will appear
on the audio output.
PTZ:
Select the
PTZ
position to enter the PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) mode which
allows for controlling properly connected PTZ cameras.
Backup:
Equivalent to the
BACKUP
button on the IR remote.
Playback:
Select the
Playback
position in the “live” mode to go to the playback
video mode (
HDD
) or playback backup mode (
Backup Data
).
Emergency Record:
Equivalent to the
! E.REC
button on the IR remote controller.
Log:
Select the position to screen the system log menu that allows for viewing
and exporting system logs.
Setup Menu:
Enters the recorder main menu.
