RECORDER’S MENU
Groups may be assigned with privileges as listed below:

Setup System - allows for updating settings in the SYSTEM menu,
•
Setup Device
- allows for updating settings in the
DEVICE
menu,
•
Setup Display - allows for updating settings in the DISPLAY menu,
•
Setup Record
- allows for updating settings in the
RECORD
menu
•
Setup Network
- allows for updating settings in the
NETWORK
menu,
•
Setup Event
- allows for updating settings in the
EVENT
menu,
•
Format
- allows for formatting DVR HDDs,
•
Upgrade
- assigns system upgrade (remotely or locally) privileges,
•
Shutdown
- allows for shutting down the system,
•
Alarm reset
- allows for cancelling alarms,
•
PTZ
- allows for local control of the PTZ cameras,
•
Playback
- allows for local video playback,
•
Backup/Clip Maker
- allows for local recording backup,
•
Network Live
- allows for live network view,
•
Network Playback
- allows for remote playback,
•
Network PTZ - allows for remote PTZ control,
•
ALL.
- grants / revokes all privileges,
Note:
Please keep in mind, that assigning Setup System privileges to a user gives him the possibility
of modifying the privileges for the rest of users.
To erase a group please highlight that group and select located next to the selected line. Uppermost
erases all settings in all groups.
Note:
When erasing a group all users assigned to that particular group are also deleted.
