Notes
The first parameter of $QCMIPNAI=? returns (20,21,23-7E) which is the range of
printable ASCII characters allowed in the string.
Double quotes are only required if the string contains a comma.
If the value provisioned is not committed to NV, the temporary values will be
deleted at the end of the following call or if $QCMIPP is called.
