$UBIVER command has been updated to allow 255 as a valid version number.
Version 255 is identical to version 2 except that version 255 inserts the following
bytes following the GPS satellites field in the message data:

GPS HDOP (one byte in tenths up to 25.5)

GPS PDOP (one byte in tenths up to 25.5)
