Type your PIN, obtained from your service provider, into the text field and click
OK
. If you have
entered the correct PIN, the
PIN Disabled
dialog box will be displayed, shown in Figure 29.

This dialog box verifies that your account PIN has been accepted and has now been disabled.
Click
OK
to close this window.
If you have entered an incorrect PIN, an error message will be displayed. Click
OK
to close the
error message, verify you have the correct PIN and carefully reenter it in the
Enter PIN
dialog
box.
If you enter a PIN three times incorrectly, your SIM card will be blocked, shown in Figure 30, and
you must obtain a PUK (PIN Unblocking Key) from your service provider. See

for more information.
