Assembly and Initial Set-Up

STEP 2. ASSEMBLY

You must assemble your pressure washer before it can be used. Refer to Fig157117-4 and follow the steps
listed below:

INSTALL NOZZLES INTO

DESIGNATED NOZZLE

STORAGE LOCATION

INSTALL HOSE HOOK INTO
RIGHT SIDE OF HANDLE
USING TWO (2) 5/16-18 X 3/4"
FLANGE NUTS

5/16-18 X 3/4" TWO (2)

HHSF GR5, BOLT

5/16" TWO (2)

FLAT WASHER

Step 1.

Install handle with two (2) 5/16-18 x 2 1/2" Bolts, two (2) 5/16" flat washer through Base and
Handle and secure with two (2) 5/16-18 Flange Nuts.

Step 2.

Install Hose Hook into right side of Handle using two (2) 5/16-18 Flange Nuts.

Step 3.

Install Nozzles into designated nozzle storage location.
