Service
The dealer who installed your display is the most familiar with
your needs and will be your best resource for answers to your
questions. Or, you can locate a local dealer by consulting our
web site at:
www.NorthstarNav.com
If you cannot find a dealer, contact Northstar (see page 43) for a
referral to a dealer in your area.
When To Call For Service
Before you call the dealer for service on your new display, be
sure to follow the procedures described in the troubleshooting
section beginning on page 38. Most problems can be corrected
on the vessel.
If the problem is still not resolved contact your dealer for support
in working through your problem.
How To Get Service / Technical Support
Repair of your display is performed only at the Northstar factory.
If you and your dealer believe your display requires service, it
must be returned to the factory. Factory service includes a
complete checkout of the unit.
NOTE:
Field repairs are not authorized and will
void the warranty!
