The following is a consolidated installation checklist that can be used in the commissioning of the unit:

Mounting surface stable, and capable of supporting the full operating weight of the humidifier?

Unit secured properly?

Steam Line

Observed all best practices?

Steam pipe sized correctly?

Long radius elbows (for rigid pipes) used?

Backpressure in the line combined with duct static pressure does not exceed 6 in H2O (1.49 kPa)
