16. MONTAGGIO DEI MATTONI REFRATTARI E DEFLETTORI / ASSEMBLY OF THE REFRACTORY
BRICKS AND DEFLECTORS / POSITIONIERUNG DER OFENSTEINE UND DER DEFLEKTOREN
A
• Appoggiare le due griglie piane (I) nel focolare tenendole
accostate centralmente e appoggiandole all’interno della
facciata. n questo modo si forma una fessura di circa 18 mm
sulla schiena e sui fianchi, nella quale si incastreranno i mattoni
refrattari.
• Lay the two flat grids (I) in the hearth, keeping them centrally
approached and laying them inside the façade. In this way it is
created a slit of about 18 mm on the back and on the sides, in
which the refractory bricks shall be inserted.
• Lehnen Sie die zwei ebenen Roste (I) auf die Feuerstätte an;
während dieses Verfahrens müssen die Roste aneinander
gesetzt sein und man muss sie auf die Innenseite der
Vorderseite legen. Auf diese Weise bildet man eine Ritze von
etwa 18 mm. im Rücken und in den Hüften; in dieser Ritze
werden sich die Ofensteine ineinander fügen.

• A questo punto, iniziando da un lato, posizionare un refrattario
(II); proseguire con i due posteriori e il rimanente laterale. Fare
attenzione: la sporgenza del mattone refrattario deve incastrarsi
nella fessura tra la griglia e la parete o schiena.
• Now, starting from one side, place a refractory brick (II);
continue with the two rear bricks and the remaining side brick.
Pay attention: the projection of the refractory brick must be
embedded into the slit between the grid and the wall or the
back.
• Jetzt, beginnen Sie von oben und stellen Sie einen Ofenstein

Rückofensteine und des seitlichen Ofensteins fort. Warnung:
der Vorsprung des Ofensteins muss sich in der Ritze zwischen
den Rost und die Wand stecken.

• Dopo aver sistemato i mattoni procedere con il
posizionamento dei deflettori in ghisa seguendo le indicazioni
riportate in figura.
• After arranging the bricks, proceed with the positioning of the deflectors in cast iron, following the instructions
indicated in the figure.
• Wenn Sie die Ofensteine geordnet haben, setzen Sie mit der Positionierung der Deflektoren aus Gusseisen fort, und
folgen Sie die Hinweise des Bildes.
