Once it has been  launched, the calibration process runs automatically. It takes about 20 
seconds  to  complete.  The  green  indicator  light  on  the  device  flashes  rapidly  during 
calibration.

 

 

The probes must be held deep down into the holes of the calibration tool 
during  the  whole  calibration  process.  If  a  calibration  is  started  when  the 
probes are not in the proper position, this will result in incorrect mandibular 
movement measurement. Recalibrate the device in this case.

 

 

 

During calibration, the calibration tool should stand at a distance of at least 20cm (8") from 
any  metallic  object  and  from  any  other  electronic  device  (ex:  computer).  If  you  put  the 
calibration tool down on a table, pay particular attention to the material (possibly metallic) 
from which is made the structure supporting the table.
