ANALYSIS REPORT
The indices and the different fields of the report are described in the same document that
gives the definitions and the algorithmic principles used by the analysis method (document
to be found in the 'Help' menu of the APIOS software).
If an analysis report was generated for the recording, it gets displayed under the 'Patient'
tab. The report presents the analysis results in the form of numerical indices and graphs.
The report gets generated automatically at the close of an automatic analysis. If no
automatic analysis has been performed on the recording and scoring has been done entirely
manually, one may generate a report by going to the 'Tools' menu, then 'Generate report'.
The report reflects the recording and the markings which have been applied to the signals.
If changes are brought to the markings after the report was generated, the report has to be
updated. In this case, a text appears automatically above the report in order to indicate that
it does not reflect anymore the results of the analysis such as displayed in the 'Signals' tab.
To update the report, click on the text in question or go to the 'Tools' menu, then 'Generate
report'.
Your contact information and/or your logo can be inserted automatically into the header of
the analysis report (see section "Configuring the software").
It is also possible to add your conclusions at the end of the report. In order to do so, click
on the button with the edition icon located just above the report. Insert your conclusions in
the edition window, then click on 'Insert into report'. Your conclusions will be added to the
report. If you want to modify or erase the conclusions, click again on the button with the
edition icon, then modify or erase the content of the edition window and click on 'Insert into
report'.
CONFIGURING THE SOFTWARE
Options for configuring the software are available via the 'Options' item of the 'Tools' menu.
In particular, the user may select the 'Default root folder' where all recordings will be
imported. Other parameters may also be modified such as the language of the software,
the default continuous scaling mode, the colours of the signals, etc.
The 'Report personalization' tab allows you to insert your contact information and/or your
logo and to activate them so that they are automatically inserted into the analysis reports.
Note that, to come into application, some changes require that the software be restarted.
