Log in to the License Center:
Enter your login name and password.
or
Click Register if you are a first time visitor.
If you are a first time visitor, your username and password is emailed to you after you
complete the new user registration process.

Enter the LAC in the dialog box.
Access this dialog box after you are logged in to the License Center with your username and
password.
