Due to the varying distance between the tractor power take-off and the RoyalFlow
actuation axle in diverse models of existing tractors on the market, eventually,
it may be necessary to adjust the length of the driveshaft before using it. In this
case, the machine must be properly coupled to the tractor and the power take-off
must be disconnected, then proceed in the following manner:
•
Separate the two parts of the driveshaft.
•
Couple the tubular part (female) in the RoyalFlow axle and the solid part (male)
in the tractor power take-off.
•
Place the two parts (male and female) side by side. Check if there is a minimum
distance of play of 25 mm in the two ends of the driveshaft. (If the necessary
play is not present, then mark the ends, so that the driveshaft can be cut.
•
Remove the driveshaft from the machine and the tractor and cut the ends.
•
Assemble both parts of the driveshaft. Check to see if the cross pieces are
aligned.
•
Couple the tubular part (female) to the solid part (male) in the tractor power
take-off.

driveshaft.
The instructions for cutting, lubrication, and maintenance are found in a pamphlet
supplied by the manufacturer and fastened to the driveshaft. It is the exclusive
responsibility of the authorized Nogueira dealer to prepare and install the driveshaft
and the fi rst test run of the machine.
