To ensure an even amount of paint on the surface,
overlap each spray
pass by 50 percent. To do so, aim the sprayer so that the tip points at the
edge of the previous pass.

When spraying on
broad, open surfaces such as ceilings or bare
walls, spray the outer edges first; then spray the inside.

If you notice excessive paint mist formation, adjust the air and
material flow respectively and reduce the spray distance from the object.

To properly spray inside corners such as where two walls meet, aim
the sprayer directly into the corner, spraying each of the adjacent walls
that form the corner evenly and in one pass.
HOW TO TAKE A BREAK
- THE RIGHT WAY
Before taking a much-needed downtime in the middle of the project,
unplug the
paint sprayer. If the break is going to be a long one:

Air out your working environment - open the window, door, etc.
v
Quick-clean the nozzle openings - with quick-dry or two-component
coating materials, and rinse your paint sprayer’s spray attachment with
a suitable cleaning agent.
