Overview of “SH300”
1.1.
What is “SH300”?
“SH300” is a device, which is installed to the Vibratory Track Screw Feeder “FF/FM503H”, to fill screws
into the basket of the feeder automatically.
1.2. Names of the parts
(1) Hopper
Screws are put in it. The hopper rotates to feed screws.
(2) Proximity switch
A switch to detect hopper stoppage to find the amount of screws remaining in the basket of the
Vibratory Track Screw Feeder “FF/FM503H”.
When this switch is turned off, the hopper rotates and if turned on, the hopper stops. Adjust the
detection point of this switch as necessary.
(3) Hook, Left
Used to fix this product to the “FF/FM503H”.
(4) Hook, Right
Used to fix this product to the “FF/FM503H”.
(5) Pole
Used to fix this product to the “FF/FM503H”.
(6) Illuminated power switch (SW1)
An LED illuminated rocker switch for turning on/off the power to the “SH300”.
The LED lights up when the switch is turned on.
ON (When operated upward)
OFF (When operated downward)
(7) Fuse (contained in fuse holder F1)

(8) Power cable with a plug
In principle, the plug of the “Power cable with a plug” is connected to the 3P receptacle (CN SH) of
