Note 1: The “SH300” is designed to be used basically combined with the “FF/FM503H”. Therefore power
to the “SH300” is supplied from the “Vibratory Track Screw Feeder FF/FM503H”. EMC test of
this combination have proved it contains no problem.
If you are compelled to supply power by other means for your reasons, be sure to obey the
following.
[1] Be sure to use the following jack that is adaptable to the plug of the “Power cable with a
plug”.
Adaptable jack: Model PRC03-32A 10-3AF10.5 of Tajimi Electronics
(Refer to
“5.4. Electric circuit diagram” for the pin arrangement of the plug.
)
CAUTION
Do not disassemble or modify the plug of the “Power cable with a plug” of
this product.
Such modification may cause an accident or failure. We do not ensure the
performance of the product, and furthermore, we no longer warrant it if the
product is disassembled or modified.
[2] Make sure to connect the ground terminal of the power source to the grounding electrode.
[3] Use a stabilized power source such as a switching power source to supply power to the
SH300.
[4] Take proper countermeasures for electrical noise given from outside.
Examples
In principle, attach a noise filter etc. to the input part of the stabilized power source
used.
The cable, when it is provided by the customer, connected to the “SH300” must be as
short as possible while it should be placed properly so that the cable will not be
influenced by the cables connected to other equipment or machines.
Note 2: For the details of the use environment, refer to
“2.1. Use environment”.
