4.14 Switching power supply
(1) As in the case of the removal of the optical unit, disconnect the connector connecting
the preamplifier junction board and the main board and the connectors of the constant
temperature cap and mercury lamp from the power supply board for the optical system.
(2) Remove the Teflon joints on the 1 mm cell side and 200 mm cell side.
(3) Loosen the 10 screws of the upper plate mounting the optical system unit, and remove
the plate.
(4) Loosen the four screws in the rear and remove the rear plate.
