3.4.4 Removal and fixing of cover
Removal
(1) Turn off the power and remove all the cables.
(2) Remove the two screws in the rear and the four
screws on both sides.
(3) Shift the cover backward.
Fixing
(4) Put the cover behind the main unit.
(5) Close the cover while caring about the four claws
inside the cover.
(6) Tighten the screws in the rear and on both sides.
3.4.5 Removal and fixing of collector tube (H2)
Remove the cover of the instrument.
Remove the reducing Teflon joint (FLW-30-6RU4-S) and
pull the collector tube out of the H2.
* To attach the joint, tighten it lightly by hand, and then
retighten it using a wrench by a 1/6 turn or so. After the
tightening, pull it to make sure that it does not come out.
(If the joint is tightened too strongly, it will be damaged.)
Make sure whether or not the quartz tube or wool of the
collector tube is dirty.
If there is discoloration or a gap in the wool, replace it.
* Attach the collector tube in the procedure reverse to that
for the removal.
