FUSE CHECK/REPLACEMENT/RESET
Drive the machine on a level ground and engage the parking brake with the pedal (76) and the lever (69).
Turn the ignition key (68) to "0".
Open the hood (22) and secure it with the support rod (37).
Disconnect the battery connector (25).
Lamellar fuse check/replacement
Remove the cover (A, Fig. 28).
Check/replace the relevant fuse among the following (B, Fig. 28):
F1 fuse (15 A) (the fi rst starting from above): Key
F2 fuse (20 A): Hydraulic pump
F3 fuse (10 A): Hopper actuator
F4 fuse (15 A): Filter shaker
F5 fuse (10 A): Accessories
F6 fuse (10 A): Working light (optional)
Spare fuse 1 (20 A)
Spare fuse 2 (15 A)
Main fuse check/replacement
Remove the screws (C, Fig. 28), then remove the cover (D).
Remove the nuts (E, Fig. 28).
Remove the F0 main fuse (150 A) (F, Fig. 28).
Circuit breaker check
Check for deactivation of one of the following fuses, then reset it after the relevant motor has cooled down:
F7 fuse (H, Fig. 28): Right side broom motor circuit breaker
F8 fuse (I, Fig. 28): Left side broom motor circuit breaker (optional)
F9 fuse (G, Fig. 28): Main broom motor circuit breaker
Assembly
Assemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly.
