5 Disconnect the
Tank Tether
from the back of
the operator seat
Caution: Maintain a good grip on the
recovery tank and control
the tank as you lower it. Do
not allow the tank to fall to
the floor on its own.

Carefully lower the tank to the floor level.

Note that the tank is attached to the chassis
by two pins. Lift up on the tank ends to
separate and pull the tank free from the
machine
Caution: Be careful not to crush or damage the drain hose when pulling the tank from the
chassis.

To reinstall the tank:
a
Align each side of the tank bracket with the chassis pins one at a time.
b
Grip the opening of the tank cover at the rear and quickly lift up to set (engage) the tank in its
upright position
c Reconnect the
Tank Tether
to the back of the operator seat.
d
Swing the tank up to the vertical position to reengage the
Tank Latch
e
Reconnect the vacuum motor wiring connector and squeegee hose.

Drain the recovery tank.
2 Release the
Tank Latch
and tilt the tank to the
rear
