BRUSH DRIVE SYSTEM

BRUSH LIFT ACTUATOR LIMIT SWITCHES

LIMIT SWITCH ADJUSTMENT

Remove the brushes, lower the brush drive and jack up the front of the machine about 2 inches. Put wood blocks
under the brush holders and lower the jack enough to take the weight of the brush drive assembly off the actuator.

Drain and tip the solution tank to the side of the machine.

Bolts and Nuts until the plastic nut on the actuator slips out of the brackets.

Remove Ring
