Engine Service
The Kubota 1.6L engines ECM (electronic
control module) has activated an engine

Low battery voltage. Check the alternator
output; test the battery; clean and tighten
the cables.
Controller Critical
Fault
The main control board has sensed a
VSHFL¿FV\VWHPFRPSRQHQWIDLOXUHV
and displays a two-digit number with a
wrench icon. See the

some critical faults will prevent the
operation of certain machine functions.
Hydraulic
Temperature
The hydraulic oil temperature has
exceeded an average operating
temperature greater than 220 degrees
F. for longer than 15 seconds. Possible
causes include low oil level in the reservoir,

hydraulic component overloads.
Low Fuel
The fuel sensors read low fuel levels from
the liquid fuel tank (diesel) or low pressure
IURPWKH/3VWRUDJHF\OLQGHU5H¿OOWKH
diesel tank (10-gallon capacity). Replace
the LP cylinder (33-pound liquid capacity).
Engine Coolant
Temperature
High coolant temperature sensed has
caused and engine fault. Check for low
coolant level in the radiator, debris blocking
DLUÀRZWKURXJKWKHUDGLDWRUIDQGDPDJH
loose fan belt, leaks, bad engine water
pump, engine overload at high ambient
temperature.
