[Adjustment method]
1. Double-click “DscCalDi130a”.
2. Set “VCO” to ON. (Click the check box to enter
the mark “

3. Select “0” on LCD “H AFC”.
4. Adjust LCD “H_AFC” so that the time “A” since
the CL415 pulse start till next pulse start may be
63.5 ± 1 μsec.
