Low-speed adjustment
1. Set the oscilloscope to the set values of "Fig.2", and make the low-speed adjustment of lens.
2. Click each adjustment of "A section" in "Fig.3", and adjust so that the values become within
standards.
3. When the low-speed adjustment is completed, click "Next" of "Fig.3".

If the automatic adjustment failed, "Adjustment could not be completed" (Fig.1) will appear. So click
"Yes" and make the manual adjustment.
