Maintenance
-
Secure first the range for the maintenance work spaciously.
-
Cut off all power supply units and secure the power supply units against accidental
resetting
-
Switch all printer units depressurized
-
Use only the indicated fuels.
-
Use excluding spare parts, which are specified in our parts catalogs
1. Cleaning and doping
After every use clean and doping new all couplers, connectors and all flexible parts.
2. Attendance
•
After-image the wheel nut after 50 hours.
Attendance of the motor
•
No attendance by switched-on motor
•
By working on motor, branch off the batterie ( Minuspol )
•
Save the fixed caterpillar with the fixing brake, on draft use the cotter
•
Shipon the ignition key
•
Only refill fuel by switched off motor
•
Attend to the requiered quality of oil and fuel and both only mount in allowed
containers
•
Attention by dumping of hot oil – fire hazard!
•
Dumped oil dispose accordingly
•
Attention by ebbing of the chiller cap. Chiller fluid is pressurised – fire hazard!
•
Disconnect the chiller cap till the catch and dumping the pressure, after that ebbing the
complete cap
•
Attention by excessive temperature of the chiller water – only continue the work, if the
causes of the overheating are asserted and abolished. By cutting you have to attend,
that the gras don´t block the chiller. In case of, cleaning the chiller screen and if
neccessary, blow out the chiller.
•
The motor has to be switched off, before the chiller fluid will be dumped.
•
Attend to accordingly coolant in the chiller system
•
After maintenance work, refit the protection
•
No starting help – fluid by use of the electric starting help
Attention:
Please look at the motor manual from the producer Yanmar!!!
