5.1. Configuration
5.1.1. Activate images based on the external unit address
If the installation with this device, apart from external video units, also contains external units without cameras, the monitor
of the 10-575 will not be activated when there is a call from an external audio unit. To make this function work, the potential
external unit addresses were divided into two sections:
External unit addresses 0-31 (*) restricted to external video units The monitor will be activated when there is a door
call (initiated from max. 16 external video units)
External unit addresses from 32 (*) restricted to external audio units The monitor will not be activated when there
is a door call
(*) The external video unit limit cannot be extended.
5.1.2. Factory settings
The device is equipped with an EEPROM which comes with the following factory settings:
Serial number for parallel call 1000000
Free function key Image key
The default time settings are as follows:
Speaking time from the start of a conversation max. 2 min
Time during which the camera image remains active 80 sec
Time during which an internal call remains displayed approximately 30 sec.
Time during which the ringtone suppression remains active (after activation with service unit 10-870) 4 min.
