TANK UNIT TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem:
Water does not flow into supply tank.
Cause:
Air trapped in microsponge filter.
Solution:
When water fill tank is full, press on microsponge, or pull upward on edge of microsponge, to
release air bubbles. Make sure that microsponge is correctly seated afterward.
Problem:
Microsponge filter is discolored.
Cause:
Microsponge filter is dirty.
Solution:
Clean or replace microsponge filter.
Problem:
Water has a disagreeable taste or odor.
Cause:
Poor water quality or filters need replacing.
Solutions:
(1) Check quality of water used in system. (2) Clean or replace microsponge filter.
(3) Replace filter cartridge.
