The cooling fluid (R134a) is compressed in the high efficient compressor, raising its pressure
and temperature.

In the condenser (not in direct contact with the water), the heat energy in the cooling fluid
is transmitted to the water in the water storage heater.

The condensate fluid (high pressure) runs from the expansion valve which is responsible for easing
the its pressure.

The fluid absorbs heat energy from the environment by flowing through the evaporator with the help
of a fan.
The R134a is a HFC fluid, thus not harmful to the ozone layer. It has great chemical and thermal
stability, low toxicity, non-inflammable, and is compatible with most materials.
