3.4 Rear shelf fixture (option)

Position the rear shelf on the rear pool wall
respecting the 60 mm measurement and the
height given on the drawing in fig. 4.

Depending on the pool width, the rear shelf may
be manufactured in several parts.

Position them so that they are level horizontally.

Mark the drill hole locations using a marker.
-

Remove the shelf and drill the wall to a diameter
of 12 mm and a depth of 70 mm.

On the stainless steel corner part, position the
TH M10 x 45 mm screws, fit the 50 mm diameter
neoprene seals behind the corner bar on each
screw.

Manually screw the brass anchors onto these
screws to slightly flare each anchor.

Place the corner part in position on the wall and
strike the screw heads using a mallet to insert
them in the concrete belt.

Tighten and check the solidity of the fixings.

Then continue assembling the roller (chapter 3)
respecting measurement A at 60 mm between the
shelf and the round beam (fig. 4).
