6.10. Tool pin inspection
NOTE!
Every 200 hours or once a month, check the condition of the tool pin, and if
necessary, remove the influx of metal, clean the surface of the finger with a file or
angle grinder. If the tool finger is very worn, replace it.
6.11. Tool exchange
Dismounting
WARNING!
Falling parts during replacement may result in injury. Wear safety shoes to protect
your feet.
1.
Remove the linch pin from the tool pin using a hammer and knockout (pos. 21).
2.
Remove the tool pin from the breaker’s housing (pos. 11).
3.
Remove the working tool.
Mounting new tool
NOTE!
Tool shank and impact area must be thoroughly greased before installing.
1. Install the working tool into the breaker.
2. Install the tool pin.
3. Install the linch pin into the breaker’s housing.
