9. Install the plastic screw until it touches the edge of PCI or PCIe card, and
fix the plastic nut. Do not squeeze or apply too much force down on the
PCI or PCIe card since the purpose of having the plastic screw is to help
position the PCI card.
(Check if the plastic screw is fixed correctly to the edge of the PCI or PCIe
card. There should be three positioning dots on each side.)

10. Cut off the extra length of the plastic screw. The cutting position should
be the same height as the edge of the plastic nut.
