5.1 Daily usage Attentions
PINPAD is a precision device, which does not allow any force impact.
PINPAD shall not be disassembled without authorization, otherwise all damages are at
your own risk
The operational environment should meet the requirements in Part 2 of this document;
using the PINPAD in an environment that is out of the limit may cause permanent
damage.
For software driver development or operation of the PINPAD please refer to
<<NL-PP60 software development interface instruction>>, wrong commands may cause
damage to the PINPAD
The unused or destroyed PINPAD, must do the destroy register, and destroy them
together.
5.2 Maintenance Instruction
Normally PINPAD does not require special maintenance, but keeping its surface clean. Use
dry towels to clean the PINPAD.
Avoid water drops into the PINPAD.
If anything unusual is found, please ask professionals to handle it. No disassemble without
permission.
5.3 Security and Attack Identification
From the appearance and normal using of the keyboard to check whether the keyboard is
abnormal. For this can define the malicious attacks. If find anything abnormal, please contact
your supplier for services.
5.3.1 Appearance Inspection
If there is any abnormal of appearance, please stop using the PED immediately, because this
abnormal are usually from the malicious attacks. This will lead to the potential safety hazard.
