Random number: the random number is created by PINPAD, using in the sensitive service
calculation of authentication code during sensitive service authentication.

4.5.2 Command Description
This command is a necessary step before sensitive service authentication.
Read the random number, inside the PINPAD will keep the same random number. When
sensitive service command operations need the authentication to get the permission, random
number will attend the counting of verify Code, and compare with the authentication Code
and authentication code of server request order. It can verify the legitimacy of the request.
