Len: Calculating the length of data for MAC encryption calculating .
(Must be in multiples of 8)
Data (Len length byte): The data needs the MAC KEY
Mode (single byte): designated encryption and decryption calculation.
Bit7 must be 1, means the TDES KEY calculation.
