If any problems occur with your Innova 4200, do not attempt to perform any service on
the shaker. Unauthorized servicing may void the warranty. Please contact your local
NBS Service Department or local NBS distributor.
In any correspondence with NBS, please refer to the Model Number, Manufacturing Part
Number and Serial Number of your shaker. This information is on the
ELECTRICAL
SPECIFICATION PLATE
on the side of the Innova 4200.
