Ltd. Please, pay attention that
the replacement of the battery
must be carried out in the service
center of Neurosoft Ltd. as far as
this procedure results in the
electronic unit opening and you
may loose the warranty if you
address to other service centers
or open the unit yourself.
When you start any test
the “Memory is full” error
appears.
The free space is not enough to
start the testing.
Remove the unnecessary test
results (see the section 5.10.2.
“Removal of Test Results”) or all
the patients’ data whose exam
result storing is not required (see
the section 5.4. “Entering of
Personal Data of New Patient,
Selection of Patient from
Database, Removal of Patient
Data”).
In case of other troubleshooting emergence and also if the troubleshooting can not be
eliminated with the use of the device control tools or by restart, it is necessary to address to
the Service center of
Neurosoft
Ltd.
