The defective part is not returnable; Dispose it according to country standards.

Verify
with customer that the system is OK
and if working with NGS ask them if it is OK to be released.

Close dispatch per Rules of Engagement.
Request end-user to send NetApp an ASUP Message from the target node so the configuration setup can be verified by NGS.
If the target system is not UP, send ASUP from its partner. Use the corresponding command for the version of ONTAP
running.
NOTE : The text string "MAINT=END" in the command will end the maintenance window and resume automatic case
creation immediately.
