This section allows you to familiarize yourself with your mailing system.
Practical recommendations
For an optimal functioning of your franking machine :
• The maintenance must be regular (min. once a month)
• The machine must be switched off (On/Off) once a week ,
for example every Friday afternoon and restarted (switch on) on Monday morning
Major mis-used to avoid
Transport :
Use the packing only to move the
equipment unit. If moving call, for help
Labels :
Use approved labels only.
PSD :
Do not remove a PSD when
power is on.
The device is not hot-plug type.
Cables and connectors :
Mind the keyboard and carriage
flex, connection are designed
basically for one remove/reinsert

Before diassembling:
MAINE POWER CABLE MUST
REMAIN UNPLUGGED UNTIL END OF ASSEMBLY.

PREVENT ELECTRIC DISCHARGE DUE TO
CHARGED CAPACITOR.
ALTHOUGH MANUFACTURER TAKE CARE TO
REDUCE RIDGE HARMFULNESS, PLEASE
HANDLE STEEL SHEETS CAREFULLY TO
AVOIDALL RISK OF CUT.
