TROUBLE SHOOTING

1.1

Misfeed

1.1.1 In the feeder

- Open the feeder cover,
- Unlock the conveyor (central blue button) and lift it,
- Carefully remove the misfed envelopes,
- Press the conveyor to put it in place again,
- Shut the cover.

1.1.2 In the franking machine

- With the thumb, pull the handle

located on the right side of
the machine, in direction (1).

- Carefully remove the misfed

envelopes,

- Push the handle again.

Push lever underneath in an upwards direction
