Work Area Safety

atmospheres, such as around flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
Keep bystanders away when operating the reciprocating saw.
Personal Safety
To prevent the reciprocating saw from starting unintentionally,
ensure nothing is pulling on the trigger before connecting a
battery pack or carrying the tool.

Disconnect the battery pack from the reciprocating saw before
you change the saw blade or store the tool.
Stay alert and use common sense when operating the
reciprocating saw. Do not use it when you are tired or under
the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication.
Do not overreach. Maintain proper footing and balance for
control of the reciprocating saw in unexpected situations.
Use personal protective equipment. It is recommended to wear
eye protection as well as a P2 filter-class respirator.
