The NEC Express server cannot access the Disk Expansion Unit.

  Are the cables connected correctly?

 Confirm that the interface cable and the power cord are connected securely.

 The use of devices not recommended by NEC is not supported.

 Hard disks must be securely locked into place to ensure an appropriate connection. 

A hard disk is properly connected when the LED on the hard disk lights when the
